Scrambled eggs with veggies and turmeric

Scrambled eggs with a lot of veggies is a great way to come up with a healthy breakfast. It takes as much time as making a French toast except that it is a lot healthier.

Ingredients:

* 1 1/2 tbspn oil

*2 or 3 eggs

* 4 cherry tomatoes

* 3 yellow, orange, red peppers

* a handful of spinach

* 2 mushrooms if you have it

* some shredded cheese

Seasonings:

* turmeric

* salt

* pepper

Put some oil on the pan. After the oil is heated, place all the cut vegetables into the pan (spinach last). Stir them up for one minute. Crack the eggs and add the eggs into the pan. Stir fry them until they are all cooked. Add some turmeric and a tiny bit of salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese on top before serving.

Serve it with some fruits. Papaya is tasty and healthy. If you haven’t tried this tropical fruit, give it a try. Just cut it open and get rid of seeds inside and peel the skin and slice them up.
