Ingredients:
- One Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of milk or less
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- One banana cut into pieces
- Some blueberries frozen or fresh
- Mango cut into small pieces
- 2 to 3 pieces Strawberries
Mix them up and then cover it and refrigerate it for at least 20 minutes (so flax seeds will become soft easy for digestion.)
