Yogurt with milk, mango, banana, blueberries and chia seeds


  • One Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of milk or less
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • One banana cut into pieces
  • Some blueberries frozen or fresh
  • Mango cut into small pieces
  • 2 to 3 pieces Strawberries

Mix them up and then cover it and refrigerate it for at least 20 minutes (so flax seeds will become soft easy for digestion.)
