My daughter loves my cooking. Originally I created this website for her because she has been urging me to write down recipes for her. My cooking is nothing fancy, but it is simple, yummy, and healthy. Anyone who is old enough to cook can learn how to cook the dishes I posted here. Besides healthy cooking, I am also into fitness and topics that are related to health. In this website, I will share with you information and exercise/fitness videos that help us increase knoweldge about health-related topics and keep us healthy, fit, and beautiful.
I created this website out of my love for my daughter, but I hope others will also find this website beneficial as well.
