My daughter loves my cooking. Originally I created this website for her because she has been urging me to write down recipes for her. My cooking is nothing fancy, but it is simple, yummy, and healthy. Anyone who is old enough to cook can learn how to cook the dishes I posted here.
Besides healthy cooking, I am also into fitness and integrative holistic health. Therefore, in March 2021 this website was renamed from Linglingcooking.com to 4healthfitness.org. While continuing sharing with you my own home-style healthy cooking, this website will also distribute information that covers health-related topics and promotes healthy eating and living. You will also find multimedia resources focusing on self-care practices such as meditation, self-massage, skincare, as well as a wide variety of excellent exercise/fitness videos that will keep you active and help you stay healthy, fit, and beautiful.
4 Health Fitness is made possible by the incredible amount of resources carefully selected from the internet. The development of this website has been a rewarding experience for me. As I do more research on the topics of health and fitness, I am gaining more and more knowledge on these subjects and have also learned more and more what resources are available out there. I am sharing these resources with you. Thanks to all who have contributed to the development of this website.
