Yogurt Breakfast with cereal, flax, hemp seeds, strawberries and blue berries

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt
  • Cereal
  • Ground Flax
  • Hemp seeds
  • strawberries (washed clean and cut into smaller pieces)
  • Blueberries (washed clean)
  • Shredded Almond (optional)

Put the amount for each ingredient according to your own preference.

You can purchase the hemp seeds and ground flax at a bargain price at Costco.

After opening the bags, store flax seeds and hemp seeds in the freezer to keep them fresh longer.

These seeds are packed with nutrients and versatile. They can also be easily added to your daily diet. You can add it to salad, cooked rice, soup, smoothies, burger meat, cookie dough for added nutritious intake.
