Healthy patoto scallops for snack

Are you hungry and want something to eat to fill the hunger between meals?

Well. Make the potato scallops. Just slice the potatoes and pan fry the sliced in the hot pan with the hot oil! 

Just sprinkle it with some salt after they are nice and done. Tasty but simple. If it is still not filling enough. Get a string cheese and chew it with three or four cloves of peeled garlic. And make it even healthier by adding/eating a piece of fruit.

Now I have energy to go out for a run or a walk!
