Corn totilla wrap with chicken and pesto

Ingredients:

Green salad

Trader Joe simply chicken (cooked)

Pesto paste (from Trader Joe’s)

Garlic four cloves

2 Mushrooms

1 Yellow pepper and 1 red pepper

Butter

Cooking oil

Stir cooked chicken, mushrooms, fried yellow and red pepper with garlic in heated oil until it’s cooked.

Warm corn tortilla on the pan with a bit of butter.

Spread pesto paste over corn tortillas and add a few pieces of cheese. Then add the stir-fried cooked veggies and chicken over the tortilla. Last, add the salad green.

It is quick, easy, nutritious, and delicious!!
