Cereal with milk, fruits, nuts and seeds requires no cooking. It takes little time to prepare and is a healthy option for your breakfast! I wonder why I am not eating this for breakfast more.
You can add a bit of hemp seeds as well. It tastes good with the cereal while providing an incredible variety of nutrients (protein, monounsaturated fat, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, folate, vitamin A, B, C, and E) into your breakfast. It has a mild nutty flavor and tastes a bit like sesame seeds. I love it!

P.s. You can purchase a large bag of hemp seeds and all kinds of nuts at Costco at a very cheap price. You can store seeds and nuts in the freezer for longer storage time. Stock them up to incorporate them into a Mediterranean diet!
I am a big fan of Costco. The membership will be eventually paid off and cost you nothing by the 2% refund of a year’s purchases, which you will receive each year. There you can purchase good quality food and goods at discounted prices.
