Dr Mona’s healthy drink

I modify her recipe according to what I have and what I like.

Here are the ingredients I use for this healthy green drink:

  • spinach
  • one banana
  • almond milk
  • Apple
  • Juice from one fresh lemon
  • One celery
  • One small table spoon of turmeric powder

Blend first with spinach and almond milk and then add the rest.

After drinking a small cup, this is what I have left.

It is tasty. Drink some before a morning working out and some more after workout. You can make similar drinks with different variety of fresh veggies and fruits. Drinking green smoothie every morning is a great way to begin your morning.
