Got the turkey deli and raw sweet potato from Costco and fresh kale from a regular grocery store. I got cooked green peas and lentils from Trader Joe’s.
Bake a sweet potato in the oven at 375 degrees for one hour.
When your sweet potato is done, you can cook the following: Put oil on the pan. Heat two to four pieces of turkey deli. On the same pan also stir fry the veggies with oil and chopped garlic. Add a bit of salt and pepper on the cooked kale. Make sure not to overcook the kale.
Also pour out melodious medley on the same pan and heat it up with coconut oil in one corner of the pan.
Love simple cooking. It is very easy to come up with a simple and nutritious meal. I love how I feel after eating this meal.
