Smoothies with banana, berries, seeds, romaine lettuce, seeds and peanut powder

Smoothies can be a healthy addition to your diet. It is a quick way to get a lot of fruits, green veggies, seeds and nuts into your system. Yogurt provides healthy live and active cultures that can keep your digestive system healthier.

Ingredients:

  • Some strawberries
  • Some blue berries
  • 1 banana
  • A few leaves of Romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • Coconut water and also some nut milk (you can use other nut drink or fruit punch too)–Cover up to half of the food in there.

 

P.S. You can buy hemp seeds, ground flax, coconut oil at Costco at a bargain price. I bought peanut powder at Trader Joe.
