Knowledge is power. The more we learn about health, fitness, and nutrition, the better we know how to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.
I am going to read up more books about health, fitness, and nutrition. This post will keep a record of the books I read and also books I would like to read. I would like to do an anthropological research on how different cultures deal with this topic. I am particularly interested in how Western and Eastern concepts of health and health practices differ from each other and what we can learn from each tradition? I will share with you what I have learned on this website.
