Tuna and eggs sandwich 


2 stalks of chopped carrots

Add 2 to 3 stalks of chopped celeries.

Add two 24 ounces of tuna cans

Also add 1 small chopped onion

Boil eggs until it is cooked inside. About 17 min. Then drain the water and peel the shells off.

Add the shredded eggs into the mixture.

Mix the ingredients with mayonnaise (about two spoons). I also usually like to add chopped olives too. It will taste better with them if you add them to the mixture.

You can serve it over pita or eat it like a sandwich with wheat bread.
