Ingredients:
- one duck
- Salt
- Clean duck thoroughly. Smear salt inside and outside of duck evenly.
- Then refrigerate it for a day.
- Bake it with the breast side facing the heat at 350 degrees for one hour.
- Then bake for half an hour at 450 degrees.
- Sprinkle pepper before serving.
Serve this with rice and stirred-fried veggies.
Or you can serve this with baked potatoes and green salad.
