- salmon with seafood stuffing (bought in Target)
- Patatoes
- Mixed fresh veggies: cut cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, yellow pepper, spinach, mushroom
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Seasonings: salt, black pepper, turmeric.
Cooking:
Bake patatoes for 1 hr, the 1st 40 min. at 400 degrees, then put the stuffed salmon in and turn the oven up to 425 degrees and bake salmon for 20 min.
Veggies dish: Put some oil in the pan. When it is hot, put garlic in and put hard veggies first (carrots->cauliflower-> broccoli, then mushroom and spinach) and stir fry then until it is cooked. I prefer to have a bit of crunchiness, so I avoid overcooking it. When it is about done, add salt, turmeric, and black pepper.) The cooking should not take more than four to five minutes.
Eat the salmon with veggies, fruit, and a baked potato.
