Egg pies with broccoli, carrots, green onions, avocado and cheese

Ingredients for four small egg pies: two eggs, 3 tablespoons of milk, some broccoli, one peeled carrot shreds, two green onions, one mushroom, one avocado, some shredded cheese.
Cracked two eggs in a pouring cup and mix it with 3 tablespoons of milk and seasonings (herbs of Provence from trader Joe or other commonly used Italian seasonings, black pepper and chili pepper flakes.) I sprinkle later the sesame seeds on the egg mixture and vegetables.
I added the seasonings to two eggs and milk here. And mix them well.
Heat the pie maker. Grease the pie molds when it is nice and hot, and place all different veggies ingredients and divide them up among these molds. Grease the top molds on the cover before closing.
After baking the veggies for a short 25 seconds. Then open the lid and pour the egg mixture into the molds.
Then add shredded cheese on top.
Then on top sprinkle some sesame seeds. Bake and check after 3 min and until the steam stops coming out.
Check with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, that means it is ready.
Serve with fresh avocado pieces and microgreens and grape fruits or other fruits you like. I hardly add any salt in this meal because cheese is already salted.
I eat the meal with a spoon of this feta cheese. Make it more tasty!
