Cold Chinese cucumber salad

Cucumbers, red and yellow peppers (optional) and chopped garlic
Add salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, vinegar. Just put a little bit from each seasoning. A bit of soy sauce (optional). Mix them well. I add pecan before I eat to add some good nuts into my diet.

If you have too many cucumber in the fridge, you can make this dish to quickly use up all the cucumbers quickly before they go bad.

You can eat it right away or leave it in refrigerator over night and eat it within three days.
