Add eggs on one side. Turn the eggs to the other side, turn the sweet potato and sausage to the other side. Add shredded cheese on eggs if you like.Take them out when cooked. Add oil to the pan. When heated, add chopped garlic. Stir fry the veggiesAdd cut-up cilantro into the pan one minute before the dish is done. Add your seasonings. I added Italian seasonings, orégano, chili pepper, salt and pepper. The vegetables taste better when they are fresh, not frozen and when not over cooked. This vegetable dish should not be cooked over 4 min.
I have tried to avoid breakfast that is high in sugar, wheat, or other starchy food. I try to eat food made of fresh produces such as vegetables, fruits, fresh sweet potatoes, and some good protein food.
I bought this organic, non-nitrate chicken sausage from Costco. (I used a lot of items from Costco, but I am not affiliated with this company at all. I just love buying food and other things from them because of their good quality and good price.
