
Ingredients:
-cooking oil
-already baked squash (still crunchy)
-Brussel sprouts
-carrots
-chopped garlic
-ginger
-lemon
-salt and pepper
Baked squash cut into pieces
Heat oil in the pan and add chopped garlic and stir fry the baked squash pieces with cut potatoes, carrots, Brussel sprouts until they are cooked (they taste good when it is slightly crunchy). Add salt and pepper.
Eat this with a salmon dish or chicken dish.
Salmon dish:
Add oil to the pan.
Add salmon filet after the pan is hot.
After browning both sides, then add chopped garlic and shredded ginger. To make sure it is cooked inside, turn down the heat to low heat and cover the pan and simmer it until the inside is all cooked through. Squeeze the lemon and add salt and pepper before serving.
