Gluten-free sandwich/wrap—Turkey, avocado, egg wrapped with vegetable leaves

Ingredients:

Two big vegetable leaves

Half avocado

Two pieces of Turkey deli meat

A few pieces of cherry tomatoes

One pan-fried egg

Hemp seeds (to be sprinkled on top)

Cheese

Place all ingredients on the leaves as seen in the above picture.

Fold them in half or roll them up and enjoy!
