Egg White Patties with Veggies

Cook veggies with heated oil and garlic.
Spray the machine with PAM oil or grease it with butter stick. Put the cooked veggies in the heated piemaker. Then pour in the egg white liquid that is mixed with salt and pepper and a bit of dry cilantro. You only need about a cup to make four patties.
Baked about 2 to 3 minutes

You can buy the egg white cartons from Costco at its diary refrigerated room.

I have also used the four-pie maker to make the egg Patties another day using these ingredients.

You only need one cup of egg white liquid. Mix it with some salt and pepper, and some dry cilantro. This time I also added a little bit of tumeric powder.
