Wonton Soup with noodles and veggies

Ingredients:

–thin Noodles (preferably cooked within 3 to 4 min.)

–1/4 cup of gnocchi (optional)

–cut 4-5 fresh mushrooms (or 4 to 5 dry mushrooms–soaked in water for 5 to 10 min before using it

–one big table spoon of dry see weed–soaked in water for about 5 min -10 min.)

–4 dry wooden ears (edible fungus) –soaked in water before using it.

–one green chili cut into pieces

–Napa cabbage–three to four leaves cut into pieces

–small carrot, cut into pieces

–3 slices of ginger

— 7 to 10 wontons (you can get this in a Chinese store or Trader Joe) (you can also use Chinese dumpling instead.)

Procedure

  • Boil a small pot of water with ginger (about 1 & 1/2 quarts)
  • Once the water is boil, put noodles and gnocchi in, cooked according to the package.
  • the last 2 min. put the cooked frozen wonton in and also add green chili and the cabbages and mushrooms and sea weed (Drain the water before using mushrooms and sea weed.)
  • Add the Lawry’s seasoned salt and pepper

This is my comfort food. It is so tasty! It was my dinner tonight! Love it!!
