Roasted Duck

Ingredients:

  • one duck
  • Salt
  1. Clean duck thoroughly. Smear salt inside and outside of duck evenly.
  2. Then refrigerate it for a day.
  3. Bake it with the breast side facing the heat at 350 degrees for one hour.
  4. Then bake for half an hour at 450 degrees.
  5. Sprinkle pepper before serving.

Serve this with rice and stirred-fried veggies.

Or you can serve this with baked potatoes and green salad.
