Ingredients:
- Green vegetables (I use beet greens and Bok Choy this time)
- Two Boiled eggs
- raisons
- roasted almonds
- hemp seeds
If you have boiled eggs already made ahead of time, this dish will only take you five minutes. An easy way to prepare for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Eat this salad with your favorite salad dressing. If you are still hungry after eating this dish, just add some other healthy food to your meal (such as a piece of whole-wheat toast, a yogurt, a small bowl of cereal). It will also go well with a bowl of home-made soup.
p.s. You can find hemp seeds in regular stores; if you are a Costco member, you can also buy it there. To keep it longer, I store it in a freezer (They are ready for use even after they are frozen). Because it is rich in all kinds of nutrients, I also add hemp seeds to my cooked rice. It actually makes salad and rice taste better!
