Ingredients for at least servings for 2 adults:
2 small 8 oz cartons of milk
1 sweet potato cut into pieces
1/3 cup of millet
Put these ingredients together. Boil and simmer for about 15 to 20 min. Have to stir them periodically to prevent sticking.
No sugar required because sweet potatoes will add sweet flavor to the porridge. It is delicious!
