Stir-fried Celeries with walnuts

Walnuts are superfoods containing incredible amounts of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, brain nourishing omega 3 fatty acids. Eat a handful a day will help regulate sugar level, lower high blood pressure and provide essential nutrients to promote brain health!

For one person, use about four to five raw whole walnuts. Crack them open and remove the shells. Soak the walnuts over night or about 6 to 8 hrs to get rid of anti nutrients.

Prepare four stalks of celery and cut them into small sections.

Stir fry the celeries with walnut and 4 cloves of chopped garlic with some avocado or coconut oil in a heated pan.

Add salt, pepper, chili pepper (optional), Tumeric powder (optional).

Eat this as a side vegetable dish,

I ate this with a chicken stewed dish, and rice or porridge of millet, quinoa, small sweet potato cubes and chia seeds.
