


How to make this meal:
This meal only took me 15 min. I steamed cut squashes for about 8 to 10 minutes and on a pan I stir fried the spinach and heated up the frozen whole grain medley I got from the Trader Joe.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper and some sesame seasonings on the meal. I serve this meal with a cup of fruits.
So easy.
After this I will eat a sweet red bean and peanut porridge (红豆花生汤)to make sure I take in enough proteins for this meal.
