Chia seeds & millet porridge vegetarian meal

Cook millet and chia seed with a lot of water to make a nice porridge. I prefer to soak chia seeds with some water ahead of time for about 15 min but it is not required. I use two tablespoons chia seeds for a cup of millet.
Steam one sweet potato and half squash. Eat them as it is. No need for any seasoning. Enjoy its original flavor.
Put 2cups of water. Steam about 7 min or until it is soft and can easily poked through with a fork. Eat with the skin. Just make sure they are washed clean.
Stir fry some veggies with avocado oil and garlic and also cook one or two eggs on the same pan. At the end sprinkle with salt, pepper and chili pepper.
