Chia seeds with almond milk and organic plant-based qprotein powder

All the above products can be purchased at Costco.

For one person:

2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 times almond milk (6 tbspn in total)

If you add 1 tablespoon of organic powder, then add a bit more almond milk.

Put this mixture in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning add this dish to your breakfast!

You can also add a mixture of fruits (mango, kiwi, banana, different berries into this mixture!

Very healthy protein with a lot of omega-3 fatty acids!

Though Chia seeds are packed with nutrients, it is recommended to eat no more than 2 tablespoons of chia seeds per day.
