Healthy Mac & Cheese

  • Mac & Cheese package–Cook it according to the package
  • Add steamed broccoli and carrot
  • Add a  can of tuna
  • add Cooked chicken (mix cut chicken breast and a spoonful of corn starch with a bit of water, stir fry the chicken with garlic in the pan with cooking oil. Add salt and pepper.)

Eat this meal with a green salad!
