Açaí bowls

Açaí bowl
Ingredients I used for three açaí bowls. I actually used only two açaí pouches.
You can use any kind of yogurt. I like to use low or no Sugar kind.
I used coffee grinder to grind up three small spoons full. Add it to the açaí mixture in the blender
Use just about 1/2 of coconut water to make the açaí, chia seed powder and put a portion of fruits into the blender. (This coconut water is pure coconut water, not the powder kind—you can get this from Costco).
First, put a scoop of yogurt for each bowl. Then a big ladle of açaí mixture next to the yogurt.
Add on top fruits and almond-pecan clusters or other granola crunches to the bowl.
